Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actress whose talent has earned her recognition as well as critical praise. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's among the three children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper.
